1.First open your browser and type 192.168.0.1(by typing this ip address you can access router admin panel).Then type your User Name and Password which you set before.
2.Then you will see Firmware Version and Hardware Version which is needed for upgrade Firmware.So notice Hardware version carefully.Suppose if your Hardware Version is like 1.0 00000000 then you should download for Hardware version(V1) .

Before download you should must select your Hardware version then download it and you should must backup your current system setting for avoiding unexpected occurrence.

3.Now unzip the downloaded folder and go back your router control panel and click on System Tools and Select Firmware Upgrade and you will see a file select option,now select your unzipped Firmware file and then click on Upgrade.

4.After clicking upgrade router system will starting rebooting process.So wait a minute then router rebooted successfully and upgrade Firmware version.

i have a problem.... i used another router not tplink. i want to upgrade my router which is TENDA. i hope you will make a tutorial on this.
