How to move the panel from top to bottom in Ubuntu/Backbox

If you move panel from bottom to top or top to bottom then follw me,

 > First right click on the Title bar then select Panel and and you will see some options now click on Panel Preferences.

 > Then disable the Lock Panel when you disable the Lock Panel the you will see there will be appear a red border around the title bar now place the mouse cursor to title bar and try to move title bar on top or bottom as you want.After place the Title bar enable Lock Panel option.
